REQUEST A DETAILED REVIEW OF YOUR MEDICATIONS
  Al Lodwick has been a pharmacist for nearly 40 years.  In addition to being a Certified Anticoagulation Care Provider, he has done medication reviews for patients in Extended Care Facilities and and done thousands of consultations via e-mail.  In addition to his years of experience, he has access to many on-line sources of medication information. 

  This service is not designed to answer immediate questions such allergy attacks, and whether or not an Emergency Room visit is necessary.  It is designed to give you answers to your questions so that you may take those answers to your physician and have an intelligent discussion of your medications.  This service includes, but is not limited to, warfarin-related problems.

How This Works

  When you click on the button below, you will go to a PayPal page.  There you will be asked information about your name, address, and credit card number.  This is the premier, secure on-line credit card processing site.  Your credit card information is never given to Mr. Lodwick, his company or anyone else.  Lodwick Pharmacy Consulting (Division of Lodwick Creations, LLC) is only given notice that a payment has been made to his account and your e-mail and snail mail address.  Lodwick Pharmacy Consulting keeps your information confidential.  Nothing is ever shared with anyone else. 

  When Mr. Lodwick receives an e-mail notifying him of your payment, he responds to you with a request for information.  Typically, the information he requests will be:

  • The problem

  • What you suspect is causing the problem

  • When did the problem start in relation to what you think is causing it

  • What other medications are you taking

  • Why are you taking those medications

  • Any vitamins, natural products, herbals that you take

  • Other things that you think I should know but didn't ask.

You reply to the e-mail with answers to these questions.

Mr. Lodwick then does a thorough analysis of your medications.

The process does not stop there - unlike with some other services.  You are then entitled to ask follow-up questions of Mr. Lodwick.  Usually 3 or 4 e-mails are exchanged with clarifications.

You can then print out the results and take them to your doctor so that you can have an informed discussion about why you need the medications and any alternatives that might be available to solve your problem.

  This is all available for a $35.00 one-time charge.
