INTERACTION WITH QUINIDINE
I have been unable to find any report of anyone experiencing any harm from this interaction. These are both very old medications and warfarin has been on the market for about fifty years also. I suspect that if there was any serious interaction it would have been reported many times by now.
If you are taking warfarin and start quinine or quinidine and the INR begins to fluctuate, you might consider this as a possible cause.
On the basis of published reports, I see no reason to avoid this combination.
